Placing Orders:
The Bowl and Board online store carries many of the the items available in the physical stores. Come on in! Stay awhile and browse. Orders may be placed securely using your credit card after placing items into your shopping cart.

In most cases, we will ship your purchase via UPS ground mail. The status of your order may be determined by logging into the online store using your username (email address). Most items will ship within 24 - 48 hours. We will notify you if your purchase will ship later than that. If you need to have an item expedited please contact us at 617-661-0350.

In-Store Pick Up:
Any item purchased may be picked up in any of our stores at no cost. Most items will be ready for pick-up within 48 hours. We will notify you if your purchase will be available after that. If you need to have an item expedited please contact us at 617-661-0350.

State Sales Tax:
Any item purchased that will be shipped or picked up in Massachusetts will be subject to 5% MASS  Sales tax. All other states are not subject to state sales tax.

Simple Returns:
At Bowl & Board we believe strongly in complete customer satisfaction. If you aren't 100% happy with your purchase, feel free to ship the merchandise back to us with a receipt, or bring it into one of our locations. We will either exchange your item(s) for you, or give you a store credit that will never expire.

Special Deliveries:
In cases where it doesn't make sense to mail your order, Bowl & Board offers efficient and affordable deliveries all over Massachusetts.
